Our bright, comfortable apartment is lovingly and simply furnished and offers space for a fine vacation in South Tyrol for two to four guests.

From the terrace, you can admire panoramic views stretching over the mountains and forests from the southern Adige Valley to the mystically glowing Rosengarten Mountains in the evening—all at just 600 m above sea level.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, situated quietly on the edge of a forest. The stunning view of the surrounding mountains and orchards invites you to linger in the garden. Whether for walks, hikes, or bike tours—you can start directly from the apartment and reach the region’s most beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations.

The holiday apartment comprises two bedrooms, a bright living room, a simple kitchenette, and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment also includes a covered private terrace (30 m²), and access to a shared sunbathing lawn. For our younger guests, there is a sandbox in the garden, a swing, and various ride-on toys.

Sustainability: The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system including battery storage, which supplies electricity for the entire house. For watering our garden, we exclusively use rainwater.
